What to expect.

Size.

This is going to be small, intimate, and- much as we may wish otherwise- budgeted wedding. We see this as more of a positive; an intimate gathering of the people we care about most to celebrate together. 

Theme.

• Should you wish to match the wedding party, colours are browns, ranging from cream, to golds, to chocolate. You don't have to wear any particular colours if you don't want to though.
• The wedding party will be wearing vaguely historic-inspired clothing; should you wish to join in you are very welcome to. 
• The only important thing is smart casual and no hats. Seriously, Jason hates hats.

Travel.

We will try to co-ordinate travel closer to the time, to minimise the amount of people having to drive to and from the ceremony.

Helping Out

 Since this is a small, intimate wedding, we hope everyone will do a little to help out- nothing that will stop you from enjoying the day!
 If you could bring some food on the day- something low-stress, such as salads, fruit dishes, etc- that would be a huge help. There will be minimal facilities to cook or re-heat food. There are also a few people with dietary requirements- but you don't have to cater for them if you're not sure what to do.

Photographer.

 This is a huge one- if you know anyone in the area who'd work for a low fee, please let us know! 

Wedding Presents

Given the size of our wedding, there is no pressure for anyone to buy a gift. If you do want to, you can use this for ideas if you're stuck. We'd be happy with just a hug or a handshake on the day, though!
